We’re excited to celebrate with you and would like to ask that everyone dress in elegant all-black formalwear. Think classic and sophisticated—suits and gowns in black, along with tasteful accessories. This monochromatic theme will help create a cohesive and stylish ambiance for our special day.

We kindly request that our celebration be an adult-only affair. While we love your little ones, we hope you understand that this will allow everyone to relax and enjoy the evening fully. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate additional guests outside of the plus one indicated on your envelope. If you have a plus one, your address will be listed as "Mr./Miss XYZ and Guest." If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our closest friends and family.

The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00 PM CST. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes early (no later than 5:45 PM CST) as doors will be locked during the ceremony.

To ensure everyone can fully enjoy the ceremony and to maintain a smooth flow, we kindly request that no photos be taken during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer and videographer capturing all the special moments, and we’ll be happy to share those images with you afterward.

We’re excited to offer a variety of beverages to enjoy during our celebration. To start the evening, we’ll have an open bar for the first part of the event. After that, the bar will transition to a cash service. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to raising a toast with you!

Hurst Conference Center offers parking at no charge just steps from the facilities entrance. The parking garage is located in the rear of the venue. Parallel parking is available on Thousand Oaks and Campus Drive.
